Spare ribs and pickled vegetables @ 上海真美豆漿大王

The spare ribs this time were dry, chewy and fibrous.
For the pickled vegetables with fried egg, tried the other one however the taste was really bland, but compared to the other pickled vegetables with meat, there was less oil.

The fried egg was over done this time and the yolk was solid.
