Hot pots and lovely sauces @ Pier 88

I am not a fan of hot pots because it is just meat, meat and meat balls and getting my mouth burnt and not knowing when the food is cooked.

Unless the hot pot broth has a strong flavour, most of the food is tasteless and relies on the sauces.

In this case, they had so many sauces here to enhance the food.
The only item I tried was the fish noodles which are squeezed out from the pouch, forming noodles when it comes into contact with the boiling broth.
The broth was bland so the sauces were heavily relied on.
The noodles were nice and soft and there was some slight MSG in it.
My favourite sauce was the scallop and the bean sauce.
