Delicious beef rice rolls @ 潮城燒臘粥店

I do not really eat beef but I love the beef rice rolls here.
The beef filling inside the rice rolls have been grounded so finely and reconstituted with flour that it is no longer like beef.
The texture of the filling is similar to steamed pate. The appearance of the rolls was really good too because they were really thin and flat and the filling contains alot of dried fruit peel. For take aways the beef roll tastes even better because they put a ladle of soy sauce and rice rolls absorb the soy sauce because of the shape of the box but you have to becareful when carrying it because the soy sauce always spills out.
